- 26日の定例合同記者会見で国内最大級の同報ニュースサービス2ch. Inc.のCEOひろゆき氏が
明かしたところによると、同社は今後Yahoo! 掲示板を運営するソフトバンク社との合併へ向けて
話し合いを始めた模様だ。
この動きを受けてNASDAQは6％上げている。
今回の合併は、昨年からインターネット関連業界で活発に進んでいるM&Aの流れに並行したものであり、
今後のコンテンツビジネス業界の再編へ向け、ソフトバンクが先手を打った形だ。
なお、ひろゆき氏はソフトバンク社の社外取締役に就任すると目されている。
